At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms near Rocky Mount, moving northeast at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Scotland Neck, Elm City, Dortches, Red Oak,

Enfield, Princeville, Sharpsburg, and Pinetops.



This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 154 and 138.
