  includes the portion of Interstate 5 from Weed to Hilt, including 

  the cities of Yreka, Grenada, and Montague.



* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 6 PM PDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few 

  power outages may result.
