The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Northwestern Atchison County in northwestern Missouri...



* Until 530 PM CDT.



* At 504 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Peru, or 11

  miles southeast of Nebraska City, moving northeast at 50 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of

  northwestern Atchison County.



This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 122 and 123.
