The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Central Runnels County in west central Texas...



* Until 545 PM CDT.



* At 458 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 

  tornado was located about 5 miles southwest of Winters, moving 

  southeast at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado and baseball size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* This dangerous storm will be near...

  Winters and Hatchel around 505 PM CDT.

  Benoit around 520 PM CDT.



Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Lake

Winters Lake.
