From the Charleston Harbor Pilot Boat at Buoy 2A, the wind was

southwest at 5 to 8 knots. Seas were 1 foot with a swell from the

south.



From the Savannah Pilot Boat at Buoy Bravo, the wind was southwest

at 10 knots. Seas were 2 to 3 feet.
