            A survey of damage near the Indiana/Michigan 

            state line confirmed a disorganized tornado 

            touched down on Adams Rd, between Mayflower 

            and Portage Rd then quickly tracked across 

            Portage Rd into 2 subdivisions on the east 

            side of Portage Rd. Pockets of tree damage 

            occurred with the majority of any structure 

            damage caused by falling trees. The tornado 

            lifted east of Alpine Ridge Ct. Maximum 

            winds were estimated at 80 mph.
