...CONDITIONS MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUTS...



A cloudline developing along the Lower Keys, from Big Pine Key to

Boca Grande, may lead to the development of heavy showers and 

occasional waterspouts. This cloudline has been nearly stationary.

Marine hazards include isolated areas of heavy rainfall reducing

visibility, suddenly higher waves and rougher waters, and waterspouts

capable of overturning small vessels.
