Lighter winds return today. High pressure shifts off the coast

tonight, with a weak area of low pressure tracking out of the 

Great Lakes and passing north of the waters. This system will

bring another period of elevated winds tonight through Wednesday 

morning. High pressure, light flow, and benign conditions are 

expected by the end of the week.
