.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening high pressure will build in across the

N and central waters tonight, then maintain a ridge just W of the

area Thu into Sat night. The ridge will weaken Sun into Mon night

as an area of low pressure develops W of the southern waters. A

low pressure trough will persist along the California coast today

into Fri night. The trough will weaken Fri night as another

trough develops across the N and central waters Fri night into

Mon night.
