.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extends across the NW waters.

Fresh to strong N to NE winds and building seas will follow the

cold front as it moves across the northern Gulf through the

early part of the week. The front will stall from the Florida

Straits to south Texas by late Mon then dissipate into mid week.

Fresh SE winds will return to the northwest Gulf by late Thu.
