Through 3 PM, disorganized showers will continue to move west

northwest at near 15 knots across the nearshore and offshore waters

of the Lower Keys. Mariners encountering these showers may experience

reduced visibility from moderate to heavy downpours, and erratic wind

gusts of 20 to 25 knots. A rare lightning strike cannot be ruled out.

Island communities may see a trace to a few hundredths of an inch of

new rainfall.
