Morning update issued by National Weather Service Anchorage, AK.



.TODAY...Rain and snow, South wind 10 to 15 mph. Near Skagway, 

rain. Near White Pass, snow becoming rain in the afternoon. Snow 

accumulation up to 2 inches. Snow level 1400 feet increasing to 

2200 feet. Highs 39 to 44. 

.TONIGHT...Rain and snow in the evening, then a chance of rain and

snow after midnight. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Near Skagway, 

rain in the evening, then rain likely after midnight. Near White 

Pass, rain and snow likely in the evening, then chance of snow 

after midnight. Snow accumulation up to 2 inches. Snow level 2000 

feet decreasing to 1400 feet after midnight. Lows 32 to 37. 

.SUNDAY...Cloudy. Chance of rain and snow. Highs 38 to 43. South

wind 15 to 25 mph and south 20 to 25 mph near White Pass. Wind

gusts up to 40 mph in the afternoon.

evening, then chance of rain and snow after midnight. Light 

winds. Little or no snow accumulation. Lows around 33. 

.SUNDAY...Mostly cloudy. Chance of rain. Highs around 43. East

wind 10 to 15 mph. Near Pleasant Camp, southwest wind up to

10 mph shifting to the southeast in the afternoon.
