.DISCUSSION...Warm, dry weather today will transition to wet

weather on Wednesday behind a cold front. Expect minimum RH today

in the upper single digits to low teens. Timing for minimum RH 

will be 1600 to 1800 MDT. Rain starts Wednesday around midday, 

west winds increase in the afternoon along the frontal passage 

with gusts to about 20 mph and about a 30% chance of exceeding 25 

mph. Increase in winds should be just before rain arrives (around 

noon). Total precipitation by Friday morning will be 0.70 to 1.30 

inches.
