Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected today, with the greatest risk after Noon CDT. A threat for lightning and gusty, erratic winds in any thunderstorms. The threat for any dry lightning appears low today. Winds remain northeasterly this morning and afternoon, at 10 to 15 miles per hour, gusting as high as 25 miles per hour. Lows tonight fall into the middle 30s, with good humidity recovery overnight to 100 percent. Winds remain northeasterly overnight at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
