Localized terrain may allow for upper 20s, however this appears unlikely based on current morning observations. Winds become light and variable this evening before shifting to southerly around midnight. As we progress into tomorrow, temperatures will warm significantly thanks to southerly winds, allowing for RH values to become closer to the 30% mark across the entire region, with the potential for 20s.
