Central South Dakota could see winds gust up just around 25 mph at times while northeastern SD will see wind gusts below 15 mph this afternoon. Minimum relative humidity values are forecast to stay above 20 percent for most of north central and northeastern South Dakota while south central South Dakota could see values between 15 to 20 percent. There will be fairly poor recovery tonight in relative humidity values as warm, dry air move in.
