A RED FLAG WARNING is in effect for northeast Georgia from noon to 8 PM today, with a Fire Danger Statement across the rest of the area. Relative humidity values will fall to around 25-30% across the northern districts today, and 15-20% across southern districts. 20 ft winds will be strongest in northeast Georgia, at around 10-15 mph with gusts to 30 mph out of the NW. Across the rest of the area, 20 ft winds generally out of the NW-N at 6 to 10 mph with gusts to 10-15 mph. Transport winds will be 25-30 mph across northeast Georgia, and 10-15 mph across the rest of the area. On Tuesday, min RH values will again be around 20-30%, but winds will be light and variable.
