NOAA 15/18/19

We use the software gpredict (http://gpredict.oz9aec.net/) to track the NOAA satellites to tell when they will be over head.  Then using an old laptop and a software defined radio with a dipole antenna we are able to record the satellite transmissions.  We use gqrx (https://gqrx.dk/) to do the recording and saving of files.  Then we open the file in wxtoimg (https://wxtoimgrestored.xyz/) to convert them back into an image.
